Inside Our Tannery
Our tannery is an important part of the Vixen Leather manufacturing operation. Instead of treating leather as a separate material purchased only after product development, we connect leather processing with the requirements of the finished product.
The facility includes dedicated areas for hide preparation, tanning, dyeing, drying, softening, finishing, and leather inspection. Our production setup is designed to handle different leather requirements for standard production as well as customized OEM and private-label projects.
Tannery facility: Our Sialkot tannery covers approximately 15000 square feet and includes 11 tanning drums, 4 shaving/splitting machines, and dedicated dyeing and finishing equipment. The facility is supported by approximately 50+ production and technical staff and has an estimated leather processing capacity 1.5 million to 2 million square feet per month.
